These terms cover your use of the Calorie Cownter iPhone app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical or nutrition advice

Calorie Cownter is a tracking tool, not a medical or dietary service. The calorie and nutrition figures it shows — including AI estimates — are approximate and may be wrong. Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional, or health advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health.

The app is provided "as is"

Calorie Cownter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate it produces is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for anything unlawful.
  • Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its backend.
  • Submit content you don't have the right to submit through the AI features.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for the activity under your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we store when you sign in.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Any paid subscription is sold and managed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account, subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. We don't process payments and never see your card details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Calorie Cownter and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app's data or estimates. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Governing law

Changes
